- Coffee Brewing Techniques. This would include a primer on coffee (think the fundamentals on the plant-to-home process, a brief history of coffee drinking, etc.), tutorial videos for various techniques (e.g., V60 pour-over, french press, immersion brew, espresso),
- All About Espresso. This would consist of a primer on coffee/espresso (i.e., parts of an espresso shot, a brief history of coffee, etc.) as well as tutorials on pulling a good espresso shot, making various types of espresso drinks (americanos, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.), and, of course, steaming and foaming milk.
- Dregs to Riches. This would be a guide/kick-start for those poor souls who have resigned themselves to drinking whatever sludge the office intern mis-brewed four hours earlier. It would shed the proverbial light on the whats, whys, and hows of drinking good coffee, and seek to increase quality of life for everyone one cup at a time. (Seriously -- buying fair-trade coffees provides for better living for the workers, supporting local coffee shops contributes to the local economy and community, and allowing yourself to experience something so great every morning will certainly improve your attitude and make life better for the people who interact with you. Sold yet?)
